inputting two glissandi between two 'double stop' chords
I want to input glissandi on a violin part, from a chord of C (upper note) & E below, sliding down to B (upper note) & D below. I want to input one glissando going from each pair of notes (in the lower and in the upper pair) so two in total. Inputting glissando from C to to B not a problem, as normal. But when I input second glissando from E, expecting it to connect to D, the glissando instead connects upward to B, the destination of the first glissando I inputted. This is all while inputting one voice, not multiple voices.
Is there a way to input two glissandi to two different notes simultaneously in one voice, or do I need to engage multiple voices for the notes in question?

Add the lower notes of each chord and connect them with the glissando, then add the upper notes and add the second glissando.
