Click on an chord or rest in that bar.
Playback not starting from that position if the entire bar is (range)selected is a known issue and actively being worked on.
Also note that there is no v4 yet.
Bug reports about the Apha/nightlies are expected to be filed in Github. General usage questions like this are better placed in the Development and Technology Preview forum.
