Love Street Official Score

I am using a desktop computer and I would like to know if it is possible when you consult an official score to isolate a treble key or the bass key, is it possible to mute singing part ? I understand that I have to chosse synthesizer. Can I slow down the score to read on my screen while I am at the piano ? If it is not possible with a computer is possible with a Fire HD 10 Tablet ? Attahed is a capture screen of what I was able to pull from the score. So once again is it possible for instance to playback only the treble key or the bass key, if you want to play along and practice left hand and right hand separately &
