deleting rest changes entire system
I have a score that I originally converted by uploading a pdf to the online converter. This works pretty well, but there are often minor things that need to be fixed manually. I am doing that now for one score. The first measure is correctly in 1:4 time. It has the correct quarter note at the end of the measure, but I am trying to delete the quarter rest that is before that so that the measure will have the appropriate number of beats. When I select that rest, and press ctrl-del, the rest goes away but the entire system changes to be down a couple of octaves. I cannot figure out how to delete the rest without changing other things. I will include before and after pictures, and the mscz file.

Due to the import logic there is some clef confusion going on. If you look at the start of m10 in the "after" you'll notice that it has a normal treble clef instead of the transposing one (but the first one is shown as transposing, yet isn't).
Just reapply the octave treble clef to that first (now correctly shortened) measure.

Thank you, that worked, sort of. There appears to be some other kind of confusion going on too - when I got the clef straightened out, then Musescore changed the key signature to C on every-other line. I decided the best thing to do was to start with a clean score, and copy-and-paste my music. That seems to have everything working as it should. Thank you - I wouldn't have tried that without you mentioning the import logic.
