whole measure noteduration
Does exist something similar as whole measure rest for notes - whole measure note duration?
Now, I use workround - hide some notes and ties, change noteheads and add slurs, but it requires many steps and customisations to look good.

No, a whole measure note doesn't exist

This was discussed a short while ago here: Option for "whole note" = "fill the bar" for any meter where a whole note (semibreve) was suggested as a "whole measure" note analogous to the whole measure rest. A few workarounds are suggested in that thread that can give the appearance and sound of that implementation. However, it was not established that there is a convention in published works for the accepted way to show such a "whole measure" note. The only examples provided seemed to be in self-published works. Unless and until an established convention can be demonstrated, it seems unlikely that whole measure notes will be implemented in Musescore. The point being that Musescore reflects established notation practice, it doesn't invent or promote newly invented notations.
