Am I allowed to do this?

I'm still relatively new here, so please forgive my lack of understanding. I've also already checked the rules, FAQ, and handbook, none of which had a sufficient answer to my question.

Over the past month, I've transcribed a few concert band pieces to hear what they would sound like in Musescore. Since I'm pleased with how they've turned out, I've been slightly interested in posting them so that others might find the same enjoyment. I'm uncertain about the legality of sharing such work, though. Obviously, I'm not trying to plagiarize, pirate, or profit off of them (nor do I even want to do any of those things). Plus, I constantly edit things like articulation and dynamics for the pieces to sound accurate, so it's not like I'd be posting an exact 1:1 copy of the original music.
Regardless, I had decided against posting to avoid committing any legal or moral wrongdoing. However, I recently discovered that someone posted the second movement of David Maslanka's "Give Us This Day," a copyrighted piece. When I checked what license the poster used, It was "None (All Rights Reserved)," so now I'm confused. Is that the license you use to post copyrighted works, or am I misinterpreting that? Anyway, I digress.

TL;DR: Is there a legal way for me to share my transcriptions of copyrighted material?

I apologize if this is a stupid question where the answer should be obvious. I just want to ensure that I'm following the guidelines and not breaking the law.
