Finding (musical) developers who can create plugins?
Hi forum.
Any ideas on how to find developers who can create a plugin?
The general idea of the plugin would be to generate a single note whenever there is a chord change. The note would be selected based on the related mode of that chord and the chosen note for the next chord should be different but chosen randomly within a tone of the previous note. The result would be a randomly generated smooth voice leading exercise to assist with soloing and scatting.
Any ideas?

Yeah - I think hiring is better. I have the musical skills to explain, but certainly not the coding skills required.
