MuseScore Problem

can you help with MuseScore
have sent 2 pictures which show that there is a 1/4 note and a 1/2. note in same 2 Measure

Perhaps you are referring to the input mode via MIDI keyboard?

no, I mean about the keyboard. it doesn't sound when you enter the notes or allow you to play what you wrote

Are yoiu saying the problem has nothing to do with the citures, and is simply that MuseScore won't produce sound when entering notes by any means, and also won't produce sound when playing an existing score?
