Can't save online

I'm trying to save a score online, but I keep getting the error "Error 401: Authorization Required." I'm signed in on everything, so I don't know why this is happening. Also, I tried leaving the app and reopening the online save, but it says that it's "invalid". Is there any way to recover it?
