Separate editing of parts and full score

Hello! Is it possible to make some corrections separately in a full score and in parts? For instance, I need to put fingers or a bow directions in a part, but I don't need it in a full score. And vice verse I need to put some marks in the full score for conductor but we don't need it in parts. I
