Yes it is. Click the grace note, CTRL+Click the other note and
use menu Add -> Lines -> note anchored line

This is indeed not supported, but not because of the grace note - it's because both notes are on the same beat. Works fine, grace note or not, if they are on different beats. Which I realize defeats the purpose of what you are trying to show here. I don't have any good workaround ideas here, aside from just entering a regular line and trying to position it manually.
