Um can this rhythm be even possible?
So pretty I'm just making a flute score from a piano sheet and came across a rhythm I don't think thats possible. So if you guys can help me out I would be happy because I spend 2 hours trying to figure out this rhythm.

I'm pretty sure it's an anacrusis (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anacrusis) for the next measure. Can you please send the piano sheet to confirm?

I'd consider shortening the 1/4th to a dotted 1/8th for your transcription. That 1/16th is a lead-in to the next theme.
It might be possible on piano which can play more than one note at a time, but for flute I think you should make the quarter note a dotted eighth.

Try selecting the measure and using [Tools]>Regroup rhythms. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/tools#regroup-rhythms
