The bug musescore 4 has is that it interprets shortcuts in text entry mode while it shouldn't. Another user has also reported that alt+a supposed to enter a special character in his alphabet doesn't work anymore as it opens a menu.
CTRL I might be switch input mode shortcut, but in text entry it should keep its normal meaning

For some reason Musescore 4 decided to change the shortcut "command I" from italics to "toggle note input mode"
