Tuning
MuseScore 4 has no "synthesizer" button, so there is no way to change the tuning A = 440 Hz to something else.
I do hope that function resurrects in some form.
Otherwise I cannot play back in the Baroque tuning (A = 415 Hz).

this has already been asked (and answered) a few times....
The current workaround seems to be the Cent tuning in the playback properties, see e.g. https://musescore.org/en/node/338708
440 Hz --> 415 Hz would be -101.27 Cents

I am confused. Do you mean "Plugins" --> "Playback" --> "Tuning"?

Mark the complete score, then head to the properties panel and select Playback
