Why does a hidden Time Signature become un-hidden in PDF export?
Measure 18. I'm seeking to remove barlines (accomplished), standard rests (accomplished) and the time signature. But when I export to PDF, the time signature is visible.

In your mscz-file the time signature isn't hidden. Select those in the first measure and in measure 18 and press 'v'. Then export to PDF.

Better - Right click on the stave and in stave/part properties untick "Show time signature", repeat for all staves.

Better - may be. You need to repeat this for all staves separately.
Faster: select one, select all similar, hide.
The time signature IS invisible but, because it is at the beginning of a line, a courtesy time signature is created at the end of the previous one. This isn't seen in Continuous View.
Format >Style >Page []Create courtesy time signature.
Apologies, I meant only measure 18, with the 35/8 time signature. I was hoping to simulate a measure without meter from the view of the person looking at the score, or performers. The suggestions make all time signatures go hidden.

When I load your score, select these 35/8 in 18 and then press 'v' this signaure gets hidden. When creating a PDF it is also hidden there.

I wonder if the "courtesy time signature" happens to show up, in spite of your instructions to hide it IN the measure in question. Which I can look into disabling... or just not hide time signatures at all. Still, I appreciate your time spent analyzing this.
