I don't think there is any trick or shortcut involved. And no frames. Just add them in the normal way (read the handbook if you don't know how to enter notes).
and add more staffs to your instrument, in the "Instruments" dialog window.
It is a bit of work to do this, but see the attachment. No trick, no shortcut.

I do not understand what you mean.
What do you have and what do you want to do? Pls. attach an example as MuseScore file.
