Smash The Windows

I made the attached MuseScor file to play through three times total as written. But for some reason, on the 2nd and 3rd pass through the play cycle it skips the repeat at bar 9 and only plays it one time instead of twice the way it is supposed to. Anyone know how I can correct it so the the repeat at bar 9 plays twice each time. It plays twice the first time through only, and then when it gets to the last backward repeat which I have set at 3 plays it goes to the forward repeat ok, then plays right through the first backward repeat on bar 9.
