Score Management: Audio does not correspond
I updated a score in Score Manager, but found that the audio does not correspond to the score appearance. Are we supposed to regenerate the audio when we update?

I guess you are talking about using the new "Save to cloud" feature? When you enable that, you are asked if you want to upload the audio every time you save or not. Since it's relatively slow, you may indeed not want to do it always, but it should happen when you eventually hit "Publish".

Got it! That worked
— I suppose there could be an indication in the Score Management system that the audio is not yet synchronised. And delete the old audio. And ask if you want to generate it now ...
