Bug report - C^ doesn't play

Enter the chord C^ and then the chord Cmaj7. Play. Notice they are different.

In version 4.3.2 both chord symbols sound a major triad on C without the major seventh.

But one I can't reproduce, these:

except that ^ doesn't work at all, but t does, but that's the same in Mu3 (to my surprise, probably because at least on German keyboard it is a dead key, just like ´ and `)

Here, also Ct inputs a C^ and it also sounds a C major triad.

Well, the bug report states that C^ and Cmaj7 sound different, but they sound the same (a C major triad) on my computer.

yes, that jumps to the next chord, but doesn't create the triangle

Correct. I have just checked that this is so in Windows; in Linux it does input a triangle.

OK, I've ammended the handbook to mention that shortcomming
