Moving up a note instead of double sharp
So when I use E Major and I place a note on D, then sharp it instead of it turning into Dx it turns into E.
Anyone else got this problem?
Also I'm relatively new to piano so correct me if this isn't a bug and I'm just an idiot.

When you enter a D it is sharped automatically. Are you then using the UpArrow key to try to make it D double sharp? Better to add the double sharp from the Toolbar

The only way that would make it double sharp is if it's in a key signature where E is also sharp. The up arrow raises D♯ by a semitone, making it E. If you want it to display as D𝄪, you need to use the 𝄪 accidental from the palette.

Or use j (enharmonics) 2x on the e note
