Squeeze measures like extremely tight
so uh trying to recreate La Campanella and I've run into a problem.
When I try to write down all the notes in the last measure here they go off the page. I had to write down the notes using cue size, but when I use cue size they look like grace notes. Not a problem; just use { and } - but they don't squeeze enough. halp?

Change paper size (A3)?

my printer prints using letter size paper so I don't want an angry printer ._.

Select the last measure. In the Properties tab, General, turn off Auto-place. This then allows you to shrink the measure. Sadly, though, the accidentals blurge into the notes. You can then painstakingly select each note and adjust the offset.

Thanks man!
just gonna do some final touches with the accidentals.
thx
Usually in cases like this it is simplest to just split the measure in two, with Tools / Measures, which allows the two portions of the measure to be continued across two systems.
That said, to force things to be as narrow as possible, go to Format / Style / Measure and reducing spacing and minimum note distance, and perhaps other settings. Often a slight reduction in overall staff size (in Format / Page settings) also makes sense.
