Corrupted score
When I try to save, MuseScore says bar 38 is corrupted; however, I can't see what's wrong.

Hmm, works fine for me. Are you using software version 4.02?
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.2-230651545, revision: dbe7c6d

Yes, I'm using 4.02. Some of the stems and notes in this bar didn't line up. I deleted and reinserteded those notes. Then it wouldn't save. After your check, I reverted to factory settings. All is well now.
I was thinking about deleting the bar and replacing it. Factory settings is probably a better options. Who know what else was askew.
