Keys with multiple ways to write them are not correctly preserved when the keys are processed
(sorry if this is badly formatted, I'm new to this and I don't know the correct terminology for a lot of this)
I have a score that is mostly written in concert F#, that I usually edit with concert pitch turned on. When I disable and reenable concert pitch, or when I open the file, some of the instruments have the key of Gb instead. The same key, but the other way to write it. Manually clicking all instances of that and changing it back works until something causes the keys to be recalculated again, which makes it very annoying to work around.
Edit: Forgot to say that this is in the latest version of Musescore 4.

To go from flats to sharps, first move every thing down, then up.

I meant when I'm using a key signature with a lot of sharps or flats (in this case F#), some of the key signatures get flipped to the equivalent one with the other kind of accidental. (so in this case F# turns into Gb). The notes themselves actually still use the correct accidental, but explicitly on the note, not in the key signature. You should be able to see in the image attached to this that the three instruments in the middle (which are clarinet and saxophone parts, for reference) have the key signature of Gb, but the ones around it are F#. The G in the saxophone line has a sharp accidental on it, but the key signature before it is wrong. Clicking the key signature and choosing F# again fixes it, but I have to do that every time I load the file or change to or from concert pitch, and I'm guessing things like double sharps might get messed up if I were to use them in this section.
