Thanks for answering, I know obs well and quite successfully capture guitar pro, but I don't like proportions (for example when one bar is longer than another). I need preset (style file) which I can apply and get tab look similar to the one I provided in the link earlier.

Then you're asking in the wrong forum. Here we deal with music notation in the MuseScore editor.
You definitely need a forum devoted to creating multi-pane videos with separate rectangles for different film clips. MuseScore doesn't do that!

It's not clear whether you are referring to the style of the video with its frame layout or the style of TAB on display in the video. If you are referring to the style of the TAB then this may help:
