Voice selection behavior in Musescore 4

Yesterday evening, I was experimenting with an organ score. As you may know, these, and keyboard scores, can have more than 2 voices per staff. I tried selecting voice 3 with ctrl>-alt-3, and when I did that, there were still only 2 voices in the toolbar, and none appeared to be selected.

I clicked on the gear (cute open/close eyes btw,) and was able to turn on the 4 voices from there.

My suggestion: If someone calls for voices 3 or 4, either (1) ask if they want the additional voices to appear in the toolbar, or (2) make the voice selectors appear automatically.
