Irish Lilt?

Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to effectively accomplish an Irish lilt rhythmic effect in my sheet music playback. Does anyone know how to work it in? I think Sheet Music Boss did a good job of it, but I have no idea how they managed to get it in so strongly.

I've tried using swing, and I've tried using accents, but I'm not getting the same effect.

Have you tried this?
Add 'Swing', then right click on it and in 'System text properties' set the swing ratio to a higher number.
(Try 80 to hear a noticeable difference.)
