Musescore 4.1.1.232071203 won't open score
Have been using 4.1.1 for about a week or so with no issues until trying to open my file today. Message says "file closed unexpectedly." Can't reopen from the dialogue or from the file itself. Hope you can help. Score entitled "Overture" is attached.

The file opens without issues on my system. Also enjoyed listening to it :) Not that it helps you though.
Maybe renaming the file and then open works?
Or try after restarting the OS?
Maybe a Mac problem? It does open and play just fine on Windows 11

Updated Mac OS Monterey to 12.6.8, downloaded uninstaller app to uninstall Musescore 4, then reinstalled newest version 4.1.1. Downloaded virus scanner app, shows nothing. Musescore will not open any file I have created. Can't even create a new file. Everything crashes. Running out of ideas. Any thoughts?

Have you tried menu item: Help > Revert to factory settings?

I thought I had done a reset earlier today, but I didn't access it from the Help tab. Thanks again.
