In my score, the lowest parts are partially cut off (on some pages). They are no longer visible on the page. How can I solve this problem?

second question: On a few pages only one bar (per page) is written. How can I put multiple bars on this page?

Your score is too large for fitting on one page. Your have different possibilities:

Choose instead of Page Size A4 a larger one, e.g. A3. (Format/Page settings)
Change the scaling of staff space to a smaller value. (Format/Page settings)
Enable vertical justification of staves and perhaps modify the distance values there. (Format/Style/Page)

This will also reduce the problem of one bar on a page, but you also can use stretch function (Format/Stretch/Decrease Layout Stretch).

My answer works with MuS 3.6.2 but you should be able to find these settings in MuS 4 too.
