Custom palette in version 3.6.2
Hello everybody!
I recently created a custom palette to insert a small image (logo). However, the image does not appear in the palette only a shadow when I hover the mouse. But when I drag it to the score it appears normally
Can anyone guide me why the image doesn't appear in the palette? Is there any configuration to be done for this?

The logo is just too big for the area in the palette. It happens to show an area where there is nothing in the logo, or it is filed with an offset.
Click right on the supposedly empty area in the palette area. In the properties you can lower the scaling for the cell and at the same time adjust x and y so that your logo is centered in the cell area.

Unfortunately, MuseScore does not (yet) do this on its own. Therefore, you may not see anything, but it is there.

Thank you very much for your teaching, I actually had to resize the size of the palette as well as the size of the image.
Another thing, the image was in PNG format, I had to format it to JPEG and it worked! I understand that this last format would be more convenient.
