You know about the W and Q shortcuts, that also double resp. half the duration of a selected note, don't you?
Also Shift+W and Shift+Q, for dotted durations
W and Shift+W doesn't check for space though, but overwrites what comes next, and these all only work on one note/chord/rest at a time
Yes, sometimes I wish to batch adjust notes length only, while keeping starting positions intact.
The build-in commands adjust the phrase as a whole (adjust rests too), they are definitely more useful when you need to do diminution and augmentation.
@.ash86 Thank you for the kind comment!
@Stephen Demers It works on my Win 10 Musescore 3.6.2 and Musescore 4.1.1, feel free to try it out on your machine and write back, other users may find your OS and Musescore version info useful.

Can this plugin be used in Musescore 4?

This is one example of the kind of editing options we all wish MU would've supported natively. Thanks for the plugin!

Thanks for your response.
I installed (I think) these plugins. When I click on the plugin it says that it's not defined.
Thanks-SCD

Just updated https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/plugins please see if it helps. Should problem persists, could you share a screenshot showing the "not defined"?
