Chords Symbols
I could be happy if I could get phone call. Because the problem is very unpleasant.
I teach my colleagues to work with this program, but chord symbols doesn't work. When we open FORMAT - Chords Symbols. I have this option PLAY, but my colleagues haven't. And we still can not to work with Chords
They have same program, but I don't understand Why we have such problem. They have Window 10 and I have Window 10.
I tried different way, but unsuccessfully
What we can do? Please help me I thought this program everywhere is working properly.

It doesn't exist in Mu4, only in Mu3
Same version of MuseScore? That option exists in Mu3 only, not in Mu1 and Mu2 nor in Mu4
Edit: and even in Mu3 only since 3.5!

When I open INSPECTOR and activate chord symbol I have option PLAY - INTERPRETATION -Voicing and Duration, but my students haven't such option.
We tried to go FORMAT - STYLE- CHORD SYMBOLS ..., but they haven't PLAY option
Then we tried to press RESET ALL STYLES TO DAFAULT , but nothing help

Don't go to foreign sites to download MuseScore!

Now about this issue: if I'm not mistaken, chord symbol playback was introduced in MuseScore 3.5 (https://musescore.org/en/3.5). And from that Softonic link, it looks like it will give you MuseScore 3.3.4. So that might explain why it is not working for you.

There is only the old version 3.3.4 and Jojo-Schmitz wrote that this function is only available since 3.5. So you don't have to wonder ...

The lack of the play tickbox in Format > Style > Chord symbols in Mu4 IMHO is a bug, worth reporting on GitHub, https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/new/choose
