New Instrument not appearing, M4

Hi All. I have a score with choir and piano. I added a cello but its not appearing in the score even though the eyeball is open. If anyone can help would appreciate it.

You have "Hide empty staves within systems" enabled in Format>Style>Score. The new stave is empty (of course) and therefore it is hidden.
