Changing Barline on Part Only Broken
Using the CTRL key to change the barline from a repeat to a double in only one part changes all parts.

I think I'd expect that to happen. It would cause confusion if some parts had a repeat and others had an end barline?

This is an intentionally added behavior to allow for non-standard notation. See the link to the MuseScore website above.
