very small time signature

Don't ask why, but I need the time signatures smaller than 5bpm, so does anyone know a way to have this?
Alternatively is there some way to augmentate/diminute an entire score? Thank you

(in the image, 15.4 refers to me wanting t use a time signature equal to 15÷4)
