Consistent Stuttering in Playback

I am using Musescore 4.2.0.

Occasionally when I'm listening to my playback, a huge stutter starts to occur. This has been an issue for a while; my old solution was to simply close and reopen the file. However, it seems that now no matter what I do I will get a stutter within minutes of working on the file, no matter how many times I close and reopen the app. I've noticed that in this transcription (the one in the video) if I start the playback from the beginning, the stutter always starts in the same spot. I've also noticed that by pausing the playback, restarting it, pausing it again immediately, and then going to the measure where the stutter starts and unpausing somehow fixes the problem as well (at least temporarily). The last confusing bit of this issue is that it's a computer- or app-side issue, not a speaker-side one. I checked my CPU usage, other files (which didn't seem to have this issue upon playback?), and pretty much anything I could think of, but nothing seems out of the ordinary. I am using a downloaded soundfont through Sforzando, so that could be a clue for those of you who may have a solution.

That's quite a lot of words, but I hope that gets the message across haha. Any ideas on what to do would be appreciated.
