Insert one measure on one bar line
I am missing a measure in the middle of my piece. The are five instrument parts but one part has a missing measure in the middle of the score. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to create that one measure and create the missing notes. I use the insert measure function but it insert measures for all instruments. Am I missing something.

So you are on the director score with your 5 instruments . Simply copy all the piece which is 1 measure too early, and paste it 1 measure later........after delete the first measure in double and re-write it .

I would use cut & paste. Then you don't have to delete the notes in the first measure ... :-)
