French Horn Wrong Note Sounding
Written F# (concert B) sounding as an F natural (Bb) in my score. This issue did not occur in previous versions of Musescore 4, but having updated to 4.2, I think this may be a little bug. When I click on the note to change it, both a concert B natural and concert Bb sound.

No - this is unique to the Horn in this update it seems... See the file attached for the exact note of issue. (F#, top line of the Treble Clef Stave)

Unfortunately I can't hear that picture ;-)
Perhaps the score (the .mscz file) would be more audible.

The note of interest occurs at the 3/4 time signature just towards the end (the only instrument playing is the horn)

Sounds OK to me, using MSBasic sounds. Nothing odd happened when I clicked on the note.

The problem is the size of this score. You have doubled parts in an effort to sound like more players. This only makes things louder. Not more. There is a difference. If I open this horn line in a separate score, it sounds fine with Muse sounds. Pitches are correct and not doubled.
Consider proper panning of all parts. Consider use of dynamics that MuseScore can understand. Consider using effects from the Hub, rather than just the built in reverb. This is a nice piece that could sound better. Consider letting this happen rather than trying to force it to happen. Even big loud music needs to be caressed into existence rather than beat with a hammer. As fun as that sounds:)
