Notes suddenly started appearing wrong

So, I am currently a song that would kinda be like a movement in a drum corps show. Everything was perfectly fine, but all of a sudden, the notes for my Trumpets and French Horns appeared differently. For example, if I had a concert Bb on Trumpet, it now suddenly appears as a Literal Bb, (As in a trumpet Bb, which would actually be a concert Ab) Like I said, this is only happening to my Trumpet and French Horn parts.
