You can easily delete your account at musescore.org by clicking on your name at the top right and selecting 'Settings'. At the bottom of the page you will be offered to delete the account. However, you need this account to post here in the forum.
But I assume it is the account at musescore.com. You will need to contact the help center there.
also, posting your email on a public forum is not a good idea if you're trying to keep it away from spammers...
