Page Margin Offset Problem
Hey everyone,
I'm working on a score and the top margin of page 3 appears to be offset or lower compared to page 2 (see image - page 3 on the right). This only occurs on page 3, no other pages before or after have this issue.
I have checked the Page Settings. Odd and even pages have identical settings. I have a Style created for this piece of music that I load up before inputting notes. My theory is I may have miss-clicked somewhere on the score which led to this problem. This type of thing happens to me rather often but I can usually figure it out pretty quickly. This one has me stuck and I need some help.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks so much,
Jared

Hard to tell what is happening without the score. Seems odd indeed, but don't think it is page margin related as the page number is shown at the expected position.

Hi Henk, thanks for your reply. I never figured out what the problem was. In the end I just made a new score, loaded my created Style and copied / pasted the notes from my old score and everything was fixed. :)

Good that you resolved it.

This may help, I had the same problem. A couple of pages were a different length then the others.
Try this:
NOTE: This may or not matter: Go to the menu bar and select Format, Style.
and click on Disable vertical justification of staves.
Next: Open the Inspector window (this will show you if you are selecting a bracket, or not)
Go to the page that is a different length and click on the bracket in that staff, there probably is a tiny grey arrow, up or down or one that looks like it's up and down.
Delete the arrow
Check every line for anything that is grey and delete them also
This fixed my problem, hope it fixes yours . . .
