Tie a note at end of bar that has a repeat sign
I have been searching in the handbook and how-tos and can't find the answer to this question:
I have a note at the end or a section that ties, upon retreat, to the first note in a section. If I try to put a "tie" on the that note it defaults to the next proceeding note and I cannot figure out a way to "tie" it to the opening note at the start of the section.
Can anyone describe how to to do this in the most recent version of MuseScore? It is not uncommon and I can't find a way to do it correctly.

Thanks for your response. FYI, I used the "insert extra measure after and set invisible" method. This was easy and WORKED--on the main score. However, for some reason the generated part doesn't go invisible, and can't be set to invisible either. I'm attaching the file so you can see the area. It is at measure 62-63. Set 63 to invisible in the score, and it goes invisible; however when you open the part, measure 63 is still visible and moreover, it can't be set to invisible. I can try a different workaround but this seems more related to some setting in the part generation and that I don't understand. Do you have any ideas?

I was able to correct the problem by working on measure 63 and individually setting pieces of it to invisible. I then checked the box for not counting the measure so it wouldn't be measured, either.
