MuseScore does not read that type of thing from Sibelius. It also doesn't treat dynamics quite the same.

Yes I know which is why I needed to re assign the arcos and pizz in all the strings and all but the violas work once re assigned .
Another earlier conversion of the same piece also worked violas included once I manually re assigned the arcos and Pizz
Now violas just want to play arco

I see. Please post part of the Sibelius xml. And maybe the same section of your mscz file.
