Pedal Lines Disappear After Reopened
Pedal lines disappear after the score is saved and reopened. No other procedure is needed.
Example below has been double-checked and saved with the pedal lines put all over the piano staffs to the last measure, so if pedal line is to be found missing then it further proves the bug stated.
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009 or later, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.2.1-240230937, revision: d757433 (Win 11 to be exact)

This is obviously a bug in Musescore.
The reason is that you copied (I reproduced this exactly when copying) pedal lines started and ended with eight notes and pasted it for notes with different durations.
Unfortunately this bug is also reproduced in the upcoming version of Musescore 4.3.0, but has already been fixed in 4.4.0
The question remains whether the lost pedal line will be restored in the corrected version or not. This is not happening now. And after resaving there is nothing to restore.

I forgot to mention that the workaround is to not use copy/paste for different durations

Then it would be a shame to lengthen the time by making a new pedal line or figuring out the different duration part (currently). Anyway thanks for your sharing! I did forgot to mention about the copy paste thingy, glad you found it out.
