FIle is corrupted
For some reason every time I open one of my files, it just says its corrupted and cannot be opened, and I'm going to be very mad if I lose all of my progress because of some file bullshit.

First, check if your file contains data or is simply empty. Open it using a hex editor, advanced text editor or using an online tool such as at https://hexed.it/
If your file is full of 00 or FF then it contains no data and cannot be fixed.
If if contains data then try the advice in Support >How To's >How to fix MuseScore 4 corrupted files
If that fails, look for a backup file.
The most reliable backup file, BTW, is one you have created using Save As... at regular intervals as you make your music.

My file is not full of 00s or FFs but I can't use 7zip or Winzip to open it like the guides say because I've already used up free trials for both of them, is it possible that you could fix it? Truths and Ideals Wild Pokemon and Trainer battle.mscz

Did you import this file from midi?
I fixed it (see attachment), but perhaps the problem is in the import itself. Could you attach a midi file as well?

Did you not download the file from the original source? https://www.7-zip.org/
If you have any doubts, check the downloaded file at virustotal.com (https://www.virustotal.com)

The error is an invalid measure length, which Mu4 just doesn't report properly, see https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/20728
My 3.7 reports: MSCX Error in line 2606: Invalid measure duration: 1680/1920
As even that stops at the first such error, I suspect there are more of those
