Menu option: File > Export > Format > PDF file
There are many other Export options there, like sound formats WAV, MP3, FLAC.

Daniel, Thanks for your response. However, I don't want a sound file. I want a PDF of a score that I can send and be printed by another recipient who doesn't have musescore.

Okay... so following Daniel's instructions + the handbook link he provided.
To export a score:
1. Select File→Export
2. Choose a Format from the dropdown list
3. Select the parts to export by checking/unchecking the appropriate boxes on the left of the dialog
4. If you want to combine all parts in one file click on the radio button titiled All parts combined in one file
5. Click Export...
So, for PDF, look at step 2 above and choose PDF file from the format dropdown list:

If you don't want a sound file don't choose a sound file (i.e., audio) format.
