tune in A=442 (or 432/...) in musescore 4

Is there any way to change the tuning in Musescore 4 ? I didn't found any clear answer to this topic

and you have selected the entire lot.
From A (440 Hz) to G♯ (415.3 Hz) = -100 cents
From A (440 Hz) to A♯ (466.16 Hz) = 100 cents
You can calculate "cents" in http://www.sengpielaudio.com/calculator-centsratio.htm
You can change the tuning in MuseScore:
Properties > Playback > Tuning (cents)

It would be nice to set the tuning for a whole piece or instrument so that future inputted notes follow it too.

How do I set musescore to A=442?
I doubt it is really the intent to require the user to understand temperament in order to tune the instrument.

You have to calculate how many cents to change the pitch. That's what you'll use the wikipedia article for. Once you know how much you want to change it, then make the change with the instructions that Ben posted last winter.

Ahh, so that's a really strange user interface. Not at all what the musician expects. Normally we tune an orchestra to the fréquency of A, either 440 Hz or 442 etc.

Nothing strange about it.
MuseScore's "orchestra" is tuned to (best *I* can tell) A440. If it's a few cents off, all instruments are that same few cents off, so they are in tune with one another, which is exactly what the musician expects. (And, if it is that "few cents off", I would expect that to be an issue with your computer rather than with MuScore.)
If you want it tuned otherwise, you have to figure out how much to change it and follow Ben's instructions to carry this out.

Why does every user need to figure out for himself how to change the tuning to a standard tuning? That simply doesn't make sense from a user perspective.
Does everyone else agree with TheHutch here that it is every user's individual responsibility to independently research on wikipedia how tune musescore to an otherwise standard tuning?

I think that MuseScore should at least offer an alternative interface which allows the user to set an arbitrary value in Hz for A above middle C. For example:
A = 415 Hz ("Baroque pitch")
A = 427 Hz (Classical pitch")
A = 430 Hz ("Classical pitch")
A = 440 Hz (so-called "standard pitch")
A = 442 Hz (variant of "standard pitch")
I also feel that most musicians would instinctively find such an interface easier to use?

Agreeing with jim.newton.562 and DanielR ...
There are a few things afoot here.
1) People surely think most effortlessly in terms of Hertz (Hz; cycles per second) when wanting to adjust playback pitch from standard A = 440 Hz to a baroque pitch of A = 415 Hz.
2) Question: Across MuseScore's instrument libraries is the pitch truly configured, by default, so A = 440 Hz?
3) If so, and the user wants A = 415 Hz then the ideal UI—as already stated—would allow the user to simply enter the value of 415 ... rather than requiring the user to calculate the difference in cents.
4) It would make sense to have a Cents field that allows the user to adjust it in terms of cents .... AND still be able to adjust a Hz value for A, such as A = 415 Hz.
Request: I'd like to see MuseScore offer fields for both Hz and Cents, with the option to link or sum them. What's missing now is a) the Hz field and b) a link toggle.

You have to go in the "properties" tab on the right and click on "Playback", there you can change the tuning by adding or subtracting cents.
To go to A432hz you need to subtract 31.76 cents, for A442hz you need to add 7.85 cents.
You can calculate the cents you need for any given interval by going on this website ( https://sengpielaudio.com/calculator-centsratio.htm ) under the section "Cent value-determination of an interval".
First put in 440 (the starting point for musescore) and then the frequency you want it to be, and it will give you the difference in cents and then the ratio (which you dont need for the tuning).

Well, it certainly helped to confirm that the current UI is really not helpful to the average user of MuseScore.
