Split Piano sounds
I would like to know if there is way to split the piano sounds for the playback? For example, left hand is bass and the right is strings.

Cain't do that. Once you create a piano grand staff, both staves are piano, and if you try to change one the other will change as well. Your best bet is to create a strings staff and a bass staff and then copy the piano parts to those staves.

For future use, the idea is to create a score for two pianos, then remove the bass clef staff from the first, and the treble clef staff from the second, thus creating two separate channels in the Mixer.
A score you can keep as a Template.
The drawback is that you lose the feature of cross-staff notation: https://musescore.org/en/handbook/4/cross-staff-notation
