How to fix accidentals after key signature change

I opened a midi file. The key signature was wrong. See first pic (see baby-before.jpg). After applying correct key signature, many accidentals stayed with sharp (#) (see baby-after.jpg). How do I fix them globally to use flat (b)? I tried to save to native format and reopened it. Those accidentals did not change.
