Broken file association after uninstalling MuseScore 4
I installed MuseScore 4 but I didn't like it, so I uninstalled it and then installed MuseScore 3. Now I have problems with file associations - Windows 10 keeps me asking which app to use despite I'm selecting v3 over and over. I've tried restoring default associations, setting it manually in many ways, even clearing it in windows registry and reinstalling v3 but it didn't work at all.

Does Windows 10 have a problem sizing this dialogue screen correctly? On your screenshot I don't see the equivalent of the option Always use this app to open .mscz files.

It seems I've fixed it. I followed this thread: https://superuser.com/a/1715213. I go to \HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and I deleted MuseScore4 classes - something like MuseScore.mscz.4stable or similar (I don't recall for sure).
