Ho do I delete files from Musescore Studio
I want to delete old scores that I have made and are no longer required but can't see how to do this. Google (AI) talks about the three dots but I don't see them!

Delete score files as you would delete any other file. But Musescore can't do that!
But if you mean the scores that are listed on the start screen, then you can only delete all of them there. The actual files are not affected because they are only links.
Nevertheless, you have the option of editing the list of links (under Windows): Edit the file and delete the unwanted entries in
C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScore4\recent_files.json
